Not fully satisfied with your newly purchased Festool tool?
If you purchased your product from a participating Festool dealer, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to return the tool.

• Purchase your Festool tool from a participating Festool dealer.
• If you are not entirely satisfied with your tool in your daily work, return it to the Festool dealer from whom you bought it within 14 days of purchase.
• You can return the tool irrespective of whether you are a consumer or a business, and no matter whether you purchased the tool online or in store. 
• You will be refunded the purchase price.
