Mobile dust extractors

Festool's mobile dust extractors allow users to quickly and safely extract dust, dirt and water – whether on construction sites, in workshops or garages. Their strong suction power and large container geometry provide a wide range of possible uses, as well as a large volume. When power tools are connected to the extractors, the automatic On and Off switch ensures that the extraction function is operated in an easy and reliable manner. In addition, the practical SYS-Dock function means that the Systainers required can be directly attached to the extractor.

Sawing GFRP panels
Panels made of fibreglass are particularly robust and commonly used in both industry and in the private sector. This illustrated guide will explain to you how you can saw GFRP panels and cut GFRP panels precisely and safely.
Subsurface preparation
Removing filler compound and adhesives from parquet flooring
Old parquet, e.g. found under an adhered linoleum covering, should be reprocessed, meaning that the levelling compound and adhesive must be removed. The parquet must not be too damaged in this process. Our RG 130 restoration grinder is needed here because the filler compound is too hard for the parquet sander. Not only would vast amounts of abrasive paper be worn down, but the machine's roller could also be damaged. The depth limiter can be used to remove adhesive residue from the parquet flooring without removing more wood than is necessary.
Sanding/Brushing, Polishing/Oiling
Sanding Plexiglas edges
Sawing Plexiglas results in rough cutting edges that are not desirable for visible areas. This guide shows how you can cleanly sand Plexiglas edges and achieve a smooth result without heat build-up. The "Polishing Plexiglas and smoothing cutting edges" guide explains how you can then polish the sawn edges.

Cutting plasterboard
Plasterboard is used for applications including dry mortarless construction in the home. This guide shows how you can easily cut plasterboard panels dust-free, and lists all materials that can be machined with a plunge-cut saw. This enables you to make the right choice out of the wide range of materials available and make your plasterboard cut to size and to your specifications – in just a few steps.
