Terms and Conditions of Participation for Competitions of TTS Tooltechnic Systems Ireland Ltd
1 The competition is organized by TTS Europe SE (hereinafter "Festool").
2 All persons who are at least 18 years old at the time of participation and have their permanent business or residence in Ireland are eligible to participate.
Employees of the TTS-Group, their families as well as associated system partners are excluded from the participation in the competition.
Furthermore, participants must complete the competition registration form in full and correctly, register within the deadline and accept the Terms and Conditions of Participation in order to participate.
Only one person per household or business may participate. Multiple participation per person is not permitted.
3 Festool has the right to disqualify participants and exclude such from future participation in competitions if they have supplied false or incomplete details, have manipulated or have tried to manipulate the participation process, the competition and/or the items offered in the competition and/or are guilty of a breach of the rules of participation and/or have unfairly and/or dishonestly tried to influence the competition.
Festool reserves the right to cancel the competition in full or in part. This applies, in particular, if the competition cannot take place according to plan for whatever reason, or in the case of computer viruses, software and/or hardware errors and/or other technical and/or legal reasons which influence the management, security, integrity and/or regular and proper running of the competition.
4 Prizes are drawn among all eligible participants. The winners are notified by e-mail or post.
5 Festool is not liable for the loss or damage of prizes during transportation to the winner.
6 All decisions are final and the right to recourse, as well as a cash payment in lieu of the prize, are excluded. If the prize is not accepted within two months after receiving notification of winning it, or if it is not possible to deliver the prize to the named address, any claim to it will lapse automatically. In such cases, Festool reserves the right to allocate the prize to another person.
7 The personal data provided by you will be stored, processed and used by Festool and Festool GmbH for the execution and handling of the competition. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 para. 1 lt. a) GDPR. In addition, data may be passed on to TTS Tooltechnic Systems AG & Co. KG. The legal basis for this is our company interest, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR. You can object to the storage, processing and use of your data at any time by sending an email to datenschutz@tts-company.com. In this case, your data will be deleted immediately – further participation in the competition is then unfortunately no longer possible. Furthermore, we will delete your personal data 6 months after the end of the competition.
