How do I take part in the campaign?

The prerequisite for an accessory bonus is the purchase of accessories worth at least €500 or €1,000 (invoice value excl. VAT) from the areas of Abrasives, Sanding pads, Guide rails, Saw blades and Filter bags in the offer period 11 May - 31 July 2026 and the uploading of the invoice in the personal MyFestool account by 31 August 2026 at the latest. Details can be found in the conditions of participation.

Is there a purchase value that I have to reach?

Yes, you must reach a net minimum purchase value of €500 with the selected promotional products. If you want to select rewards in the higher price range, the net minimum purchase value must be €1,000 or more.

Is the purchase value excl. or incl. VAT?

The purchase value is to be understood without VAT.

Can the Festool specialist dealer also register for the campaign?

No, unfortunately this is not possible. You must register yourself in your own MyFestool account.

Will I be informed about the current processing status?

As soon as your data has been checked, you will receive another email to let you know that it has worked and that your battery pack or reward will be sent soon.

Alternatively, you can check the status at any time in your MyFestool account.

I have lost my invoice. Can I still take part in the promotion?

Unfortunately, participation is not possible without an invoice.

My bonus is no longer available. Can I still receive it?

The accessory rewards are only awarded while stocks last. If a reward is no longer available during the promotion, there is no entitlement to it, even if it was advertised in promotional material. You must choose one of the available rewards.

How often can I take part in the campaign?

Maximum of ten (10) invoices per person. Each invoice must be a separate purchase and may not be combined. In other words, you may not collect any invoices during the promotion period in order to reach the purchase value. Only one accessory reward can be claimed for each invoice submitted.

Did the registration for the campaign work, even if I did not receive a confirmation e-mail?

We recommend that you check the status in your MyFestool account. If nothing is displayed there, please send an e-mail to customerservice-ie@festool.com. They will check whether everything worked with your registration.

Who can I contact if I have any questions or problems (e.g. if I make an incorrect entry)?

In this case, please send an e-mail to customerservice-ie@festool.com stating your process number.

How does a discount on Accessories granted by the retailer affect the invoice value?

The invoice amount is calculated after deduction of all discounts granted and excluding VAT.

Can I also submit two or more invoices that add up to £500 or £1,000 (invoice value excl. VAT)?

Unfortunately, this is not possible. Invoices cannot be added together.

After successful verification, the goods will be shipped to the specified delivery address within 6 weeks at the latest.
