Information on maintaining your mobile dust extractor
To ensure that your mobile dust extractor is functioning reliably in the long term and to prevent downtimes, we recommend carrying out a visual inspection at regular intervals.
With this overview, you can check the components relevant to functionality that must be considered in the maintenance of your mobile dust extractor step by step:
Main filter
To prevent unwanted damage to your mobile dust extractor, the main filter must be free of cracks or holes. You must therefore check whether the main filter is damaged. If the main filter is damaged, the filter replacement that is then required is described in detail in this tutorial:

Suction hose
For optimal extraction, the suction hose must be intact. You must therefore check the suction hose regularly for leaks, such as holes or cracks. We also recommend checking the area between the sleeve and the hose on the container side and the sleeve and the hose on the tool side. You can find further information here:

Container seal
Check the container seal for soiling or damage. Only with an intact container seal can the mobile dust extractor create a complete vacuum and thus generate high suction power.
