The first step – register your tool

  • Register your new tool for SERVICE all-inclusive online.
  • Test the tool in your workshop or on the construction site.
  • If it doesn't meet your requirements, simply bring it back to the dealer within 15 days of purchase.

    The aim of this service is to allow you to take the device for a "test drive" – just like you would with a new car. ‌You can return the registered, undamaged machine to your Festool dealer partner in its original packaging together with all the accessories included in the delivery within 15 days of purchase.

    In justified cases where the machine has been subject to above-average wear, the Festool dealer partner is entitled to refuse a reimbursement until the case has been reviewed and approved by the Festool GmbH.
